My favourites - Indian Rojak and Fruit/Vegetable Rojak.
Recently, I prepared fruit/vegetable rojak - Muar style for dinner.
Very easy to prepare.
The main ingredient to a delicious rojak is the sauce (salad dressing). I’ve tried many brands before (from Penang, Johor, etc) and this time I use the “Sambal Rojak from C.K.C Heritage Foods” which I bought when exploring Niu Ze Xui at Ara Damansara last year. The result is great. The sambal rojak is indeed tasty, better than those I have tried before. Highly recommended. Recently I discovered this sambal rojak is widely available at the Pasar in TTDI. A popular brand indeed.
This is how the rojak look like - Cucumber, Taugeh, Kangkung, Sengkuang, Pineapple, Yew Char Kuey all mixed with Sambal Rojak from C.K.C..
